Pre- Delivery/ Installation Procedure:

1. The final [HSE Documents or Company Name Here] sizing Calculations are correct and are based on consultant approval. For 3 Ph. systems load should be properly designed to ensure not to exceed max. Rating of each phase current.

2. Any correction required from consultant Design schemes compared to proposed (Approved by consultant) design in terms of upstream and downstream Breaker ratings/Cable sizing for equipment etc.

3. The LPO from the contractor is based on final approved [HSE Documents or Company Name Here] sizing and BOQ is correct and reflects correct part codes and Quantity.

4. The expected date of arrival requested from the contractor for equipment/luminaires and Batteries is discussed with the contractor for proper planning of installation and commissioning.

A. Instruction towards Material handling/ shifting by proper means or transport to Avoid unnecessary problems like equipment damage during transit from store to [Project/site Location Here]. Provide complete assistance during equipment shifting.

B. Verification d Room layout drawings for placing equipment substations lumlna1re installation etc. as per build drawings.

C. Precautions to be taken for storing and handling the equipment at the site store.   

D. Safety aspects regarding the storing and handling of Batteries

E. Storage of Batteries in dust dust-free environment/clean room maintained at 25 Degrees C for up to max period of 3 months without charging and requires to charge for next 3 months if kept idle.

7. Once received, is the Material is ready to deliver and the contractor is geared up with proper material handling at the site

8. Is 1he equipment opened end inspected in front of you by the contractor for any loose connections or physical damages once delivered before signing off DO.

9. Provide Inspection and assistance to the contractor for an easy and convenient way of transiting equipment from the store to [Project/site Location Here].
