Welding Plant Check List

Following are some main and important points to prepare the welding plant checklist:

Make sure there's no physical damage to the body.
Make sure that the tool & cable is properly insulated and secured with no cut on cables.
Make sure welding plant able is accurately connected in receptacle & receptacle seal is present.
Make sure there are no indicators of overheating or looseness on the receptacle and its pins of the plant
Before the use of the equipment make sure there's no looseness in the cable terminal contact (especially welding holder and earthing)
Equipment must be in good working condition (with parts such as tires, handle
, switches, LED, the regulator in working condition)
Make sure all holders have sleeves present and are in good condition.
Make sure earthing clamp is present
